You can apply for a rank or buy one, then simply contact our 24/7 support team to get it claimed. Already ranked in another group? You can also transfer your rank to us.

Store Colleague

Join the team and become a Store Colleague! You'll assist customers at the checkouts including the Customer Service Desk and keep things running smoothly in-game. This is an entry-level role open to anyone, perfect if you’re just starting out.

Store Security

If you're passionate about keeping things safe and helping others, the Security role might be your calling. You’ll help protect our customers, staff, and assets while maintaining a friendly, secure environment in our stores. If you’re dependable and want to make a difference, this role is for you.

Development Team

Love building and coding? Our Developer role is your chance to shape the in-game experience. You'll work on the systems that power our stores and directly impact how players interact with the game. It’s a hands-on role where problem-solving, creativity, and coding skills come together to create something awesome.
